AI assistant to help me break down epics / features

What is the challenge?

I spend a lot of time working on the details of an epic or a feature. Linking research, ideas, corporate initiatives. Then I send the work to a team or a product owner for them to breakdown into smaller units of work. Often I have to go back over the work with them as there are key concepts I failed to explain or that they misunderstood.

What is the impact?

Time is wasted, in breakdown work, and there is a lot of rewriting.

Describe your idea

Create an AI assistant that takes the epic / feature and all it's related data and then breaks it down into smaller units of work.

I can then have a conversation with it to adjust the results, maybe removing some data sources that are adding confusion.

Once I am happy I can use these as a first draft to send to my teams.
