Improve idea comment triage process Merged

What is the challenge?

You can set the default for ideas portal comments to be private, but that can be changed by an Aha! user after the fact.

Therefore, you could set this up as a triage process, where idea comments are private at first, they are reviewed by the team, and then are made public.

An Aha! user may be responsible for reviewing all new ideas and comments at a regular interval, all of which need to be triaged 1 by 1 and their visibility updated.

While there is a list report to filter out all the new ideas and their visibility, the same thing is needed for idea comments.

What is the impact?

The Aha! user needs to click into every idea to look at the lock icon to determine the comment visibility.
