Reporting for tracking & responding to idea comments

What is the challenge?

I am currently unable to report on idea comments or mark idea comments as 'responded-to'.

What is the impact?

Our product managers are unable to have a report to see when new comments are added to their ideas and they're unable to track if they've responded.

Describe your idea

I want to be able to build reports of idea comments so that I can view any NEW comments that are made day-by-day.

  • Have 'comment created date' be a field I can add to reports to sort/filter by.

I want to be able to mark an idea comment as 'responded to' or have a filter on the report where if I 'reply-to' a comment - it is marked as complete. That way I can track all comments that I haven't responded to yet.
