Remove limit on number of sub-releases you can create when creating a roll-up release Merged

What is the challenge?

When managing roll-up releases across large product portfolios, currently it's not possible to add more than 10 sub-release at the time of roll-up release creation

What is the impact?

This makes for a lot of manual work to later add the sub-releases for the additional workspaces.

Describe your idea

Remove the limit of sub-releases or at least increase the threshold to much greater than 10 at a time.
