Enhance custom users field configuration to allow 1 user input only Merged

What is the challenge?

The custom users field allows populating multiple users. In certain cases, for example "Product Manager", we expect users to populate 1 user only; however, there is not a way we can enforce in the system to prevent users from populating multiple users.

What is the impact?

When integrating with the "user picker (single user)" field in Jira, the integration will fail when multiple users are populated in the Aha users field.

Describe your idea

1. Add configuration option to the Users field to only allow one user input to the field.

2. Add another custom user field type that only allow 1 user input

For your reference, in Jira there are 2 custom user picker field type, "single user" and "multiple users"
