Merge on CSV import

What is the challenge?

Multiple imports can cause duplicate entries

What is the impact?

Deleting duplicate entries is painfully slow since i could not find a bulk operation in Features list view

Describe your idea

Merge entries on import. Have user specify unique field (default to Name) and either have a merge dialogue or rules about who wins on conflicts. Even though the feature isnt used often, its used when the user is just starting and will form an impression or worst case abandon the product.
