Display external linked document name as hyperlink Merged

What is the challenge?

When an Aha! linked document's name is added to a report, it shows as a hyperlink. But when an external linked document is added, a plain-text name is added and a URL has to be added. This doesn't look good.

What is the impact?

Displaying URLs make shared reports look worse.

When an external linked document name is added to a report, include it as a hyperlink too.
