Many rules need to include a way of limiting the invocation of the rule based on parameters outside those currently available. For example, Organisation attributes are not available to rules such as Organisation or Segments |

Enhance automation triggers to include other parts of the system An example: The organisation has an NDA in place with my company which is an attribute (custom field) in the organisation definition. This is not available in the automation rules to enable me to automatically assign visibility to the idea. Another example would be where the segment is XXXX i want a different Admin Response to be added or want to direct it to a different status |
