Copy Release Confirmation Merged

What is the challenge?

When clicking Copy Releases, there is no confirmation, on whether you want to do this.

What is the impact?

A new release, and all EPICs/Features etc linked, and your unable to delete it until all links are removed

Describe your idea

Confirmation, are you sure, and then also a force removal of links option, if you do want to delete it.
