Allow additional "Group By" fields on the Now, Next, Later Merged

What is the challenge?

Currently, I can only group by Workspace or initiative... which is fine. But it would be more beneficial to me to group by custom fields like the gantt chart. The way we are structured, we use custome fields to group initiatives within a workspace or group initiatives across workspaces. This makes it more meaningful to specific audiences.

What is the impact?

Current state limits the usability of the Now, Next, Later feature for my team.

Describe your idea

I love the Now, Next, Later board. Would love the ability to group by custom fields on the Initiatives like we can in the gantt roadmap views.
