If I have marked a story or feature as 'will not implement' why would I still want it in my priority view? Especially if I have already shipped the release.

When making a new Priority List have you considered just removing "Will Not Implement" from the filter so they don't pull in in the first place? Or are you talking about a button that says "Remove Will Not Implement Features" similar to the existing "Remove Shipped Features"?
