In Automations - Enable Multiselect for Tags fields when performing actions that update the field

What is the challenge?

When building automations related to tag fields the behavior in the automation rules is inconsistent. If you are building a trigger and select a tag field, you can select multiple values, however if you try to create an action to add or remove a tag for the same field, you can only select a single value.

What is the impact?

Causes administrators to have to build one action per tag that needs to be added or removed.

Describe your idea

Mimic the existing functionality that is used for tags field in the trigger section of the automation rules and insert that same functionality into the actions section.
