Allow for consistent formatting when using AI to draft release notes
What is the challenge? |
We have multiple products and multiple releases happening over time. Each time a product owner creates a release note the formatting usually is different. |
What is the impact? |
The product owner then has to manually update the formatting. |
Describe your idea |
My idea is to allow the Product Owner to be able to configure how the release notes are drafted. If they could configure then we could be consistent across our organization and the amount of manual overhead can be eliminated. |

Ideally if the AI generated text could be combined with a template. this would provide a consistent format to the release notes. We look for 3 tables: New Features, Improvements and Bug fixes, each with at least 3 columns of information - title, benefits or steps to reproduce; and a reference baclk to the Aha reference
