Need fine controls for image/video resizing

What is the challenge?	The resizing of inline images and videos is quick and easy, but we could use a fine control to specify the exact dimensions in pixels for consistency.

You can now manually adjust the dimensions of images for greater control over image sizing! To try this out, select an image and click Adjust dimensions, then key in the desired width or height.
