What impact would it make? |
This would allow Product Managers and similar personas to continue the deep product-focused efforts in Aha!, while other personas in the company can leverage the Viva Goals platform for tracking product & non-product based OKRs & initiatives. For context, OKRs & initiatives that may be in Viva but not in Aha might be tied to organizational and/or people related goals (e.g. employee satisfaction, workplace safety, etc.) |
