Select ascending/descending sort order in Now/Next/Later roadmap columns

Clarify sequencing of work within each column, informing viewers what is coming next

How should it work?

When cards are sorted by date in any of the columns in a Now/Next/Later roadmap view the user should be able to choose to view them in date ascending order or date descending order. Currently the item that is due to be worked on soonest appears at the bottom of the column which is not intuitive.
