Ability to filter added/removed records in retrospective report

Product managers trying to control churn within a release

What impact would it make?

It would enable us to more readily use this OTB report in change management of a release

How should it work?

We'd be looking for better general filtration - it's good that today both epics and features are included - but we'd like to be able to partition on that.
Additionally we'd really like a more general filtration - On such example might be that you can imagine tagging items that had gone through some formal decision making ceremony to agree change to the release, so one would like to be able to show those items that weren't labelled this way as an exception. view... but if you think about it there are many applications of this.
