Retrospectives: Add the ability to manually remove records. Merged

Please consider adding the ability to manually remove records from added records and the incomplete sections on the Retrospective. A since removed automation rule erroneously added dozens of records during one sprint. I since removed the automated rule but cannot remove the records.
