Roadmaps/Library nav item should be its own top nav item or a nav item of the User icon

How should it work?

It again took me a good amount of time to find out where my favorites were listed.
Found them at last under Roadmaps/Library

This Library feature should rather be its own top level nav item in the top bar or one of the first nav item under the loggedin user icon.
