Add "Notes" section to Presentations Merged

All Aha! Users who use the Presentations functionality

What impact would it make?

Usability would improve dramatically - users could present their material and read from their notes section.

How should it work?

This should work the same way as Power Point - where the user is able to switch into Presentation Mode, and display one screen with the slide, and read from the Notes section in the Presenter view.
