Embed notes in record description (same appearance as whiteboards)

Who would benefit?

Product teams build up documentation relevant to specific epics and features. You can currently add this document to the Research tab or add it as a link in a record description, but this does not give a user a preview of what this document is. I would like to be able to embed a note into a record's description and show a preview of that note (similar to how whiteboard embedding works).

What impact would it make?

Makes it easier for other users to understand what document they are clicking into from a feature. More visually appealing than the note record pill.

How should it work?

This should look similar to the note preview shown when you view a folder showing the notes within it.

It would be helpful for this to automatically add a Research relationship between the record and the document as well.
