Ability to add the "Release Date (External)" field to the Create/Popup Screen of a Release, and have the ability to round to Quarter. Merged

Cross functional stakeholders (e.g., customer success, marketing, configurations, GTM) that work in partnership with Product Managers

What impact would it make?

It would provide more visibility into reporting of Releases for cross functional stakeholders if this field was required upon creation and the field could be rounded to Quarter based on the date that is entered.

How should it work?

The "Release Date (External)" field can be added to the create/pop-up screen of Releases. Currently, only the internal release date can be added to this create screen and rounded to Quarter based on the date that is entered. .
