Have an option to include weekends in Release Templates

Who would benefit?

Anyone using release templates

What impact would it make?

A lot less fine tuning to accommodate the current default of excluding weekends.

How should it work?

Have a configuration in the template creator to 'Include weekends' so that when I need a Milestone to be 12 days after a Phase - it will actually be 12 days and not 16. It makes for aligning them to our cadence frustrating.
