Make columns in roadmap view dynamic Merged

What impact would it make?

It will provide a better UX, meaning the teams will be more likely to actually use the functionality instead of complaining about it. We'd love our teams to be able to make much better use of the custom roadmaps as they're one of the best Aha! features.

How should it work?

It should be possible to resize the columns in the roadmap view (I'm talking about the custom roadmap specifically here) in the same way that you can with columns and cells in the pivot view.

We want to be able to provide more context around our initiatives, and to better show what rollup initiatives and goals will be impacted, and these fields sometimes have a lot of text so need more space, or they're simple number fields so can be made smaller, yet it's not possible to change the size of individual columns.
