Display prefix/suffix in pivot aggregations when there is a consistent definition

I created a pivot report with just a single numeric value in each cell. My field has a $ prefix. When the pivot cells are displaying the 'list' or 'list unique' options, I see the $ prefix in my pivot output. When I change the pivot to aggregate so I can show row and column totals, the $ prefix is no longer displayed.

The behavior to hide the prefix/suffix makes sense if there are multiple fields in my pivot cell that may have conflicting configurations. In this case, there is only one field and the output would be richer if that prefix were included. It would be nice to show the prefix if there is only one field or if there are multiple fields in the cell that all have the same prefix/suffix configuration.
