Reduces manual commentary on Ideas. Idea requestors can get some view on what is giong on.

How should it work?

Enhance automation to allow to add a new comment on the related Idea when the initiative (that is promoted from the Idea) status changes. This would allow us to share a boiler plate comment on the Idea at ket stages of the initiative, so that requestors can get the latest status.
