When updating the initiative rank, records that moved out of the ranked list should have their prior rank deleted Merged

Users that are assigning a rank and those that are interpreting the rank.

A clean understanding of how records are ranked

How should it work?

As a user, if I am using the new initiative ranking capability and Update Initiative Rank to a custom field, the record is assigned a rank value. When I choose to move a record out of the ranking and repeat the Update Initiative Rank, the original value remains. I would expect it to be removed since it is no longer part of the Update Iniatitive Rank.
