How should it work?

After a release of a new version of a product we often have long lists of ideas that have to be updated with messages that 1. say the idea is now available and 2. where they can find it (what version and a link to it). It would be great to have an automation that could be run or at least the ability to do a bulk edit to provide the information. Example: "Great news, your idea is now available in Product Zebra 10.2.1 which you can find here (link)"
