Ability to switch between fiscal & calendar year in roadmaps

We operate on a fiscal year internally so roadmaps and reports that are used for internal audiences are great with the default configuration to setup fiscal year timelines.

However, the problem comes in when we want to share external facing roadmaps with our customers. Those need to be created/shared in a traditional calendar year format as that is what resonates with them.

Right now, there is no way to do this in Aha! - you have to pick one or the other as a global account setting. This is a big pain point for us - as we would love the option to choose the year format when creating roadmaps on a one-off basis as needed.
