Favorites/Bookmarks menu at top level

If I have a couple saved view on stories boards and a couple lists why do i have to navigate into those menus to then click on another menu to find and maybe even filter saved views or favorites? Rally has a slide out sidebar menu I can easily access all my saved views to go right to them.
