Enable roll-up releases to appear on the Calendar view

The Releases > Calendar view supports showing workspace releases though it does not display roll-up releases from a workspace line (even if the workspace line is selected in the filter).

It would be helpful to visualize roll-up releases on the calendar for visibility along with workspace releases. One use case is when creating roll-up releases in advance that do not yet have workspace releases attached -- this would provide visibility for upcoming roll-up releases on the Calendar view.

A current workaround is to create a list/pivot report, or use the Gantt view -- however the calendar view is simple and easy to help teams quickly review per month.
