Ability to send email to assigned user of the record
It would be helpful if in the automation rules, we were able to trigger an email notification to the assigned user of the record instead of selecting a specific Aha! user. The reason for this is because we sometime have multiple product managers sharing a workspace so it's difficult to set up the email triggers to the intended user.
This capability is important as we have SLAs setup on responses to ideas and other records. We want to be able to have an automation rule triggered when a SLA is coming up to send an email to the person it's assigned for updating the record. This helps us ensure SLAs are being met and removes manual efforts to follow up with each person.
This capability is critical to some new processes we are trying to put in place to ensure that Release Owners perform some specific tasks when a Release is setup with a specific value in a custom field and the status is moved to In Development.
