Reduce decimal places on capacity estimates reports

When adding 'People' to reports containing estimates, the value in the report shows the FTEs to more than 10 decimal places. Whilst accuracy is important, this does not display well in reports.

We need a reporting customization option to control the number of decimal places displayed, ideally at data item level, though a start would be to control this one data item as I do not recall seeing any other data point showing so many decimal places.
