"Send us feedback"/"Send us an idea" categories should appear by semantic/predictive keyword search or sorted alphabetically

As an Aha! user, I find submitting an idea as feedback about the overall application/system is complicated because the categories to choose from are product-centred and not user-centred. It would be easier for users to provide actionable feedback if the categories were powered by semantic/predictive keyword search. In the interim, categories should be sorted alphabetically. It takes a lot of time to know which category is relevant in order to provide feedback as an idea.
