Allow for us to define the content of an automatic email sent

We lock down our Aha! ideation url to only be accessed from our app. We see that as an important part of keeping our 'secret sauce' secret. The problem is when we promote an idea, our customer get an email with a link that does not allow them to access the url. It comes across as us sending them 'broken' emails and is not great for our reputation. If we could customize the content and remove that link, it would be very helpful.

    Thank you for reaching out. When you mention accessing the portal through your app, is that being done with SSO and JWT? If so, when a user clicks on a email link to an idea, they should be automatically redirected to your application to log in. And then they should be automatically taken to that idea in the portal.
