Disable users in bulk based on Last Active date Merged

Need to be able to bulk disable users by applying a Last Active date e.g. bulk delete all users with a Last Active date in / before 2022. Currently you can export the activity and see this info - but there is no way of performing a bulk disable based on Last Active date - and performing this manually is time consuming and not scalable.
