Allow viewing of standard fields in Ideas portal layouts Merged

It would be really useful to allow Ideas Portal users to selectively see the values of some of the standard fields, in particular the Idea Tags. This would allow them to see more information about the progress of an idea without us having to manage similar data across standard fields and an added custom field.
