Exclude work rolled over to next sprint from burndown

When a sprint ends, incomplete records are moved to the next sprint. The burndown chart currently treats this as "removing records from a sprint," which does not correctly convey the team performance. Records that roll over to the next sprint should not be considered as "Removed from sprint."
