Bulk select recipients for scheduled reports Merged

There is two parts to this request.

As a user, I want to assign users to a specific group. For example, I want to assign all of Product to a group called "Product," I want to assign Sales to a group called "Sales," and etc.
1. I want to assign the group to recieve specific email reports.
Finally, I want a way to bulk-select users to receive a report. It is very tedious/not scalable to manually have to search and select users to receive a specific report.
