Release Progress Chart scope increase - view in report Merged

The Progress Chart for a release can show features added to a release post development start date as a scope increase. These features appear on the chart in a pop out view when hovered over with the mouse and can be navigated to.

This is neat...however the process is not helpful when wanting to view all features added to a release and inform stakeholders.

I would like the ability to generate report that surfaces any features added to a release which I can share with stakeholders. So...all the "increase" features that are available in the chart but in a list.
