Capacity planning across record types

Right now, you are unable to jointly visualize team members' capacity across record types (Initiative, Epic, Feature). My organization plans to use Initiatives/Epics to capture product management effort and Features to capture developer effort. To do capacity reporting for our organization, we will need separate reports for Initiative, Epic, and Feature-derived capacity. This will make it harder to plan. We'd like to be able to report across record types.
