Enterprise accounts are managed through centralized procurement processes. It is inappropriate and confusing for Aha! to be advertising a Free trial to individual users to enable Ideas Advanced features.
It would be useful to have an instance-wide opportunity to test out a new feature so that we could determine if it is worth an upgrade. It could even help us make a business case for those additional features. BUT, it will only be effective if it is done with prior arrangement and communication across our Enterprise so that we can take advantage of such a trial. Simply creating a button that any billing admin can activate to start the clock across the hundreds of products in an Enterprise workspace is counterproductive.
Thank you for the idea! The product team has been reluctant to add this in the past because our business strengthens for all users as it improves and grows, and customers receive more value from the software.
However, we recognize that for large companies that have centralized product operations and dedicated Aha! team management, having more control over what is presented to users drives standardization. This can lead to more efficient process and tool management.
For this reason, we have introduced an option to hide the majority of in-app promotions if your enterprise organization meets this use case.
