Need option to set Idea Visibility to 'Organization and internal users' Merged

Currently, the only option we have to selectively expose an Idea for a customer is 'Visible to creator and internal users'. However, this Idea is still not visible to other portal users from the same Organization. This defeats the purpose of the 'My Organization' concept, which is to ensure that any and every portal user in a given org can see 'Our Stuff'.
