Make custom roadmap columns more configurable Merged

We are using the custom roadmap more and more, and are finding that we need to use several rollup initiative levels. When this happens, the columns take up more and more of the space, and is unwieldy, especially when working with small screens. We would like to be able to drag and resize the columns of the custom roadmaps in the same way we can resize pivot reports.
