Ability to assign Aha! Develop licenses into paid seat groups Merged

Many Enterprise+ customers leverage thee paid seat groups to organize their licenses. These customers have the same needs for their Aha! Develop licenses as well. It would be great if the Settings > Account > Billing page summarized the paid seat groups across both types of licenses.
