When you create a pivot table you have the ability to choose custom cell colors via the "customize style" screen. If you customize these colors and then change the theme, the colors will reset to the theme default. It would be better if the custom colors would stay, or if the system would ask if I would like to keep my custom colors.
This isn't an idea, it's a bug. They are two different controls with two different functions yet one inexplicably overrides the other.
Completely agree with this suggestion. Trying to align consistent reporting across the platform heavily relies on the ability to set a custom theme in the pivot report.
This would allow all of our external reporting, using these pivot charts, to be consistent with the organisations colour schemes.
Currently its a very manual process and impossible to govern a custom theme based on our internal marketing standards.
There are other settings to provide themes for Presentations for example, so this would align with those.
To make this an even better experience, ideally it would be great if we could specify a color palette/theme for our account to ensure that all reports, roadmaps, etc use only those specific colors.
