Update Empathy Session invitation content

Provide configuration for the email content sent to Empathy Session invitees. We can do some but not all. The default below the dates does not necessarily apply to each situation.

    Empathy sessions were sunset on April 11, 2025. Customers told us they instead prefer live calls with customers. If you are looking for a way to manage your customer interviews, we recommend Aha! Discovery.
