I want to understand which of my customers are using our idea portal and the frequency of usage. While I can see if they have created an idea or voted on an idea I cannot see the last time the logged into the idea portal or their history of logins.
This data has value to me as it is an indicator of engagement. Recent and/or frequent logins are a positive indicator, a customer who has not logged into the idea portal for months or quarters is a negative indicator.
