Allow to-dos to be linked/mentioned in Notes

When creating notes, it would be great if I could tag/mention a to-do (e.g. #TO-DO-123) that links directly to the to-do.

    You can now link to to-dos in notes and other text fields, and complete a to-do by checking it off!


    Copy/paste a link or type # to search for the to-do, and you can right-click on the yellow record pill to customize what information to display.

    Please allow creation of To-Do's with a shortcut as well.
