Create Kanban View and Enable WIP limits on Ideas Workflow Merged

As an enterprise planning product manager, I need the ability to visualize a Kanban Flow of ideas in their given statues, so that I can understand where ideas are in our process flow. The current Idea tab, does not have a lot of options. I would like to have swim lanes by a grouping of products, aligned to our workspaces structure hierarchy.

As an enterprise planning product manager, I need the ability to understand "time in status", for ideas, so that I can understand our cycle flow, plus a visual of ideas that may be stuck in a given status.

As an enterprise planning product manager, I need the ability to establish WIP (Work in Progress) limits for certain statuses in the Idea workflow, so that I can limit how many ideas we are doing discovery and innovations on at a given time based on our capacity.
